2: A city full of shouts, a town humming (onomatopoeic hoom) with jubilation, no piercing with a sword and no killing in war.
3: All your commanders had retreated as one. They had been bound without a bow. All those found in you are bound as one. They had fled from far away.
4: And so I had said, Turn your gaze from me. I am bitter. In my weeping, do not make haste to comfort me over the desolation of my daughter’s people.
5: For it is a day of murmur/clamour (onomatopoeic hoom ie hum of confused voices) and of subjugation and of confusion ( mhooma, mboosa, mbooka) to Lord Yehoweh of Parliaments in Khizayon’s (Vision) valley’s (?Jersalem’s) excavating wall ( m’kur-kur kir) and a help-cry (shovagh) up to the mountain (? Wailing wall on mount Moriah).
6: And Elam (Aelam – son of Shem – SW Iran, some returned to Israel from exile, Susa was capital, now Khazestan in Iran? From where Yehoweh causes trouble, removes a king and princes and in where He establishes His throne Jer 49:34-39.

Ormus (mentioned in Paradise Lost) just south of Elam and was an autonomous multicultural Safavid, arab sunni & twelver Shia, Bahraini & Omani, Portuguese, occasionally Persian, licentious, rich trade city. 7: And it had happened that your choice valley had been filled with a chariot and the parashim had been establishingly established at her gate.
8: And He exposed Judah’s defence/cover (?Iron dome) and you respecfully considered (nabat) in That Day upon the armoury of the Forest House (h’Yaar, Solomon’s palace built of Lebanon cedar after the temple 1Kings 7:2, 10:17,21, 2 Chron 9:20 – the residence of political power-?Knesset).
9: And you-all had seen the defence gaps in David’s city for they had increased. And you-all had gathered to collect the/time of waters of the lower (underneath/hidden) pool (breka from baraka – blessing).
10: and you-all had counted Jerusalem’s houses and you-all had pulled down the houses to fortify the wall.
11: And you-all had made a reservoir between the walls for waters of the older pool and you had not caused to favourably consider the maker and you-all hadnot seen the designer from afar.
12: And on That Day, Lord Yehoweh of Parliaments calls out for a sob and a lament and a baldness and for putting on sackcloth.
13: And behold – joy and gladness, slaying of ox and slaughter-sacrificing of sheep, eating meat and drinking wine. Eating and drinking for we die tomorrow.
14: And it had been exposed by Yehoweh of Parliaments to my ears: This, the futile-sin (Aven)is not covered-for (kupar from kippur, reference to approaching Yom Kippur?) for you even (paragogic nun) till you die says Lord Yehoweh of Parliaments.

15: This says Lord Yehoweh of Parliaments, “ Walk, come/go to this minister over Shebna (growth – prime minister of Israel?) who is over the house.
16: What here is for you and who here is for you that you hewed-out a burial place for yourself here? Hewing-out a burial place on high for himself, inscribing a resting place on a rock for himself.

17: Behold Yehoweh hurling you with a mighty hurl and wrappingly wrapping (othae) you.
18: Windingly winding a wound-up (tsanaph) -like a ball into a ground with broad hands (stadium?). There you die. There your chariots of glory (are) dishonour to your Lord.
19: And I had expelled you from your post and pull you down from your position (next Israeli election due on or before Oct 27 2026).
20: And it had happened that on that day I had called for My Servant, for Eliakim (El+kum God raised up) son of Khilkiahu (Khelek – portion, Yah my portion).
21: And I had caused to dress Him in your tunic and your belt. I strengthen Him and I give your rule into His hand and He had happened to be for a father for Jerusalem’s inhabitants and Judah’s house.
22: And I gave the key / opener of David’s house upon the nape of His neck (?cross). And he had opened and no one locks, and he had locked and no one opens.
23: And I had a nail blasted (tekoa used in trumpet blast in judgement, reference to Yom Thruah?) in the confirmed (Nifal of Amen) place.
And He had happened to be for a throne, glory to the house of His Father.
24: And the offsprings hung (thala – usually about hanging on a tree eg Gen 40:19) over Him “Glory of His Father’s House”

all the minor containers from the round basins to all the harp/pitcher containers.
25: In That Day, Word Yehoweh of Parliaments, the nail (fs) blasted in the confirmed place is removed and had been hewn down and fell. And the burden (ms) * which was on it had been cut off. For Yehoweh had spoken.
Pause and think about that!
Prayer: Naeum Yehoweh, Risen/Resurrected Word of God, then as Messiah and now as Judge, You stand poignantly to remove the pharasaic burden of Israel – then and now, an unholy political spiritual nexus and You take the throne of kingdom – not republic – and You fell the burden. As we approach Yom Thruah (Feast of Trumpets) and Yom Kippur, we hear that The Key of David’s city is on the nape of Your Neck. What You open, no one shuts and what You shut no one opens. YOU are their Glory, their defence (not the IDF and the Iron Dome), Your Father is theirs. Amen.
