Isaiah 3: Yshua causes trouble to the chosen who oppress and seduce their own

1: For behold The Lord Yehoweh of Parliaments causes supply and aid (walking stick) to be turned away from Jerusalem and Judah: All supply of bread and all supply of water.

2: A hero and a man of war, a judger and a prophet, a diviner and an elder,

3: A leader of fifty (Sar = captain) and a lifted face and a wise technician/ builder and a discerning advisor (enchanter)!

4: And gave young princes and children to rule over them.

5: And the people were oppressed. A man by a man and a man by his neighbour/ friend.

The young person is insolent to an elder and the dishonoured to the honoured.

6: When a man manipulates his brother, his father’s house, (saying) “You walk (in) uniform (robes) of a ruler (who cuts off) – you happen to be ours. And this, the obstacle, is in your hand.”

7: And in that day he will rise up saying, “I cannot happen to bandage and there is no food and no uniform in my house. Do not set me up as a ruler of people.”

8: For Jerusalem tottered and Judah fell for their tongues and their doings to Yehoweh – to rebel in the eyes of His Glory.

9: The look of their faces testified against them and they did not cause to declare their missing-the-mark sin as Sodom’s.

Ayyo! They hid it from their (own) souls for they recompensed trouble on them(selves).

10: Say to the righteous, “(it is) For good – for the fruit of their doings they eat.

11: Ayyo! To the guilty – trouble! For the reward of his hand is made for him.

12: My people’s oppressors – suckling children and women – ruled over them.

My people’s leaders caused them to stray and the way of their trodden paths were engulfed.

Stop!

13: Be stood up to debate, Yehoweh. And stand to judge people.

14: Yehoweh traverses judgement with elders of His people and His princes (sar):

And you burnt a vineyard.

Robbery from the downtrodded is in your houses.

15: For what did you crush My people and grind (between millstones as meal prep) the faces of the downtrodden?

(Signed) Word Yehoweh Of Parliaments.

Stop.

16: And Yehoweh says because daughters of Zion are haughty and walk with outstretched neck and in seducing eyes, walking mincing walk, ankletting their feet.

17: And the Lord excised-and-direct-closured scalps of daughters of Zion and Yehoweh bares their openings/ hinges .

Stop.

18: In that day He causes prettiness, anklets and hijabs and crescents to be taken away.

19: Ear pendants and bangles and fluttery veils,

20: the beauty and the belled anklets and sashes and the homely spirits and the incantations,

21: the signet rings and the nose rings,

22: the hooded jackets and the shawls and the capes and the purses,

23: and the dressing mirrors and chemises and the hats and the scarves.

24: And it happened that instead of balsam scents is a putrid stench happening. 

And instead of a belt, a noose.

And instead of a skilled / coiffured braid, baldness.

And instead of a cummerbund (formal contoured girdle), sackcloth.

For instead of loveliness,

25: Your men fall by a sword and your heroes in war.

26: and her entrances replied and bewailed and were freed, residing in the land.

Prayer: Yshua, Our Word, Yehoweh of Parliaments You are causing trouble to come upon Your people who are oppression of their own by allowing  their national leadership to decompose and internal strife to consume them, their insolent strength and seductive beauty to be shamed. Forgive us. Could You cause us to repent of our oppressions and seductions? Could You cause us to get back our sense of justice and love? Amen
